Before anything begins, we start with a discovery call on zoom. This is where we get clear on your business, your offer, your audience, your goals, your current social media presence, and what you want your content to achieve. You do not need to have your strategy, content pillars, posting schedule, or creative direction figured out before speaking with us. That is what we help with. The call is designed to understand where your social media is now, where it needs to improve, and what direction makes the most sense for your business.

GAINING CLARITY

The first phase of this process is ironing out the strategy.

The first step is an audit of your account, gaining initial insights on what your social media is currently doing. From strategy to engagement we get a clear idea of where you are at currently.

Then we go over your objectives with your social media and begin reverse engineering the strategy top to bottom. If your social media goal is to strengthen your brand, create social proof, generate leads, funnel them to different offers, hire new talent or all of the above we figure out then what content will work best, how to create it & what to do with it. This process involves creating clear direction, content ideation & content calendar creation.

CONTENT CREATION

Where suitable, we personally come out and capture photo and video content using commercial-grade equipment.

This may include on-site work, behind-the-scenes footage, team content, service delivery, finished projects, business owner content, product shots, or short-form video for reels and social posts.

For trade and site-based clients, we hold White Card and have PPE available, making it more practical to capture content in suitable work environments.

Once the content is captured or collected, we organise it into usable social media assets.

This may include editing photos, preparing videos, writing captions, creating graphics, structuring reels, building carousels, and matching each piece of content to its best use across your platforms.

CONTENT POST MANAGEMENT

Once the content is created and we’ve got a batch to work with we then move into the execution stage Post Management. The first step is getting your chosen social media connected to the social media management platform. Once this is all set up we begin taking all of your content and uploading it into the management software. We begin organising the content, pairing it with the the captions and everything else to get it ready for pre approval. During this time we add tracking parameters to help optimise & make more informed decisions in the next stage. The content gets scheduled, at this point posts become live and then we keep an eye on the posts as they continue to go out.

ONGOING STRATEGY REFINEMENT

As your posts go live we begin to collect engagement patterns in the data. We generally see patterns quickly, with the aim to adapt & improve day by day. At the end of each month we provide you with a detailed & interactive performance report where we can see where we are improving and how. Your business goals will adapt & change over time, as will our content strategy so the aim is to create a social media presence that feels consistent, intentional, and aligned with your business & it’s mission.
