Phase 4 is about growth. Once the foundations are built and the business is live, the focus shifts to improving what already exists, doing more of what is working, and removing what is not. We look at how to strengthen your offer, sharpen your positioning, improve conversions, build consistency in your marketing, and create better systems so the business runs with more structure. You will also learn how to use AI more effectively to save time, increase output, and make smarter decisions as you grow. At this stage, you are no longer guessing — you are building with direction, with the goal of creating more clarity, more confidence, and more control over your income and time.
