Overview

A Ready To Launch Business is a pre-built business foundation created by Business Accelerator Agency.

Each Ready To Launch Business may include a unique business name, domain, website, business email, branding, social media usernames or accounts, templates, basic systems, and other business assets outlined on the relevant product page.

A Ready To Launch Business is not an actively operating business, established income stream, franchise, investment product, or guaranteed profitable business. It is a professionally built business setup designed to give the purchaser a stronger starting point.

Pre-Built Business Foundation

Each Ready To Launch Business is built before being listed for sale.

The purchaser is buying the included business assets and setup as described on the relevant product page.

Once the handover is complete, the purchaser becomes responsible for operating, customising, growing, marketing, fulfilling, and managing the business.

Not An Operating Business

Ready To Launch Businesses are not actively operating businesses at the time of purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.

Business Accelerator Agency does not operate, service, market, manage, fulfil, or generate active sales for the business while it is listed for sale.

Any market testing, if completed, will be disclosed on the relevant product page. Market testing does not guarantee future results.

No Guarantee Of Income Or Profit

Business Accelerator Agency does not guarantee that any Ready To Launch Business will make money, generate leads, attract customers, become profitable, or succeed.

The purchaser acknowledges that business success depends on their own skills, effort, consistency, execution, location, fulfilment ability, market demand, competition, customer service, pricing, marketing, and other factors outside Business Accelerator Agency’s control.

Purchaser Responsibility

The purchaser is responsible for deciding whether a Ready To Launch Business is suitable for their goals, interests, skills, financial position, capacity, experience, and willingness to learn.

If the business requires specific skills, equipment, licences, insurance, qualifications, supplier relationships, fulfilment ability, or industry knowledge, the purchaser is responsible for obtaining and maintaining these.

Business Accelerator Agency is not responsible if the purchaser buys a business they are not willing or able to operate properly.

Product Page Inclusions

Each Ready To Launch Business is sold based on the inclusions listed on the specific product page.

Inclusions may vary between businesses.

The purchaser must carefully review the product page before purchase, including:

  • Business name
  • Domain
  • Website
  • Email account
  • Branding assets
  • Social media accounts or usernames
  • Canva templates
  • Marketing assets
  • Systems
  • Handover inclusions
  • Any known limitations
  • Any disclosed market testing
  • Any required skills or fulfilment considerations

Handover Process

After purchase, the purchaser will receive an invoice, receipt, and booking link to schedule a handover call.

During the handover process, Business Accelerator Agency will guide the purchaser through the transfer of included assets where reasonably possible.

The time required for handover may vary depending on the business, platforms involved, third-party provider requirements, account transfer processes, and how quickly the purchaser completes required steps.

Transfer Of Ownership

Once handover is complete, the included business assets are transferred to the purchaser.

This may include the domain, website, business Gmail account, brand assets, social media accounts, templates, and any other inclusions listed on the product page.

After handover, the purchaser is responsible for maintaining access, updating details, securing accounts, changing passwords, managing subscriptions, and connecting their own billing details.

Shopify Website

Ready To Launch Business websites are currently built on Shopify.

After handover, the purchaser is responsible for connecting their own Shopify billing details and managing any ongoing Shopify subscription fees, app fees, domain fees, or platform-related costs.

Domain

The domain is included unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Once the domain is transferred, Business Accelerator Agency no longer retains ownership or control of it.

The purchaser is responsible for future domain renewals, DNS settings, hosting/platform connections, billing, and compliance with domain provider rules.

Business Email

Each Ready To Launch Business generally includes a unique Gmail account used to connect key business assets.

During handover, access to the Gmail account will be transferred where applicable.

The purchaser is responsible for updating recovery details, passwords, security settings, and any connected platform access after handover.

Social Media Accounts And Usernames

Business Accelerator Agency may attempt to secure social media usernames that match or closely align with the business name.

Exact username availability cannot be guaranteed across all platforms.

The included social media accounts or usernames will be outlined on the relevant product page where applicable.

Marketing Assets

Some Ready To Launch Businesses may include basic marketing assets, such as Canva templates, content ideas, image post templates, carousel templates, story templates, ad copy examples, or starter marketing guidance.

Any included marketing assets are provided as a starting point only. They do not guarantee results and may require testing, updating, refinement, or replacement over time.

Complimentary Mentorship

Ready To Launch Business purchases include complimentary six-week mentorship access, including up to 12 hours with Zane via Zoom, unless otherwise stated.

This complimentary mentorship can be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.

The mentorship may be used to help the purchaser understand the business, prepare for launch, discuss the offer, review marketing, and plan next steps.

Unused mentorship hours expire 12 months after purchase and are not redeemable for cash, refunds, credit, or other services.

Additional Services

Any additional services beyond the included handover and complimentary mentorship must be arranged separately.

This may include social media management, advertising, website edits, additional mentoring, content creation, photography, videography, copywriting, app setup, advanced systems, automation, or other marketing support.

Third-Party Platforms And Costs

Ready To Launch Businesses may rely on third-party platforms such as Shopify, Gmail, domain registrars, Canva, social media platforms, email tools, apps, or other software providers.

Business Accelerator Agency is not responsible for third-party platform fees, outages, restrictions, transfer rules, account issues, policy changes, subscription costs, or account suspensions.

The purchaser is responsible for maintaining all third-party accounts and costs after handover.

Refunds And Cooling-Off Period

A three-day cooling-off period is provided from the time of purchase, provided the handover has not yet been completed.

Once the handover has been finalised and the business assets have been transferred into the purchaser’s possession, refunds are no longer available for change of mind.

This is because the business includes transferable digital assets, accounts, branding, templates, website access, domain access, and other business materials that become accessible to the purchaser after handover.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights the purchaser may have under Australian Consumer Law.

One-Off Sale

Each Ready To Launch Business is unique and is not intended to be repeatedly resold as the same business package.

Once a specific Ready To Launch Business is purchased, it will be removed from the store and will no longer be available for another buyer to purchase.

Post-Handover Responsibility

After handover, the purchaser is solely responsible for:

  • Operating the business
  • Customising the business
  • Delivering the product or service
  • Managing customers
  • Marketing the business
  • Paying platform fees
  • Maintaining accounts
  • Updating legal policies
  • Obtaining licences or insurance
  • Complying with laws and regulations
  • Managing tax and accounting obligations
  • Securing passwords and access
  • Making all future business decisions
