Plug & Play Business Assets are digital business resources designed to help business owners improve specific areas of their business. Each asset pack may include strategies, templates, tools, guides, frameworks, documents, worksheets, and other practical resources.
These assets are designed to save time, provide structure, and give business owners a clearer starting point.
Digital Product
Plug & Play Business Assets are digital products. They are typically delivered by email to the email address used at checkout.
The client is responsible for entering the correct email address at the time of purchase and checking their inbox, spam folder, junk folder, and promotions folder after purchase.
Delivery
Digital assets are generally delivered shortly after purchase. If the client does not receive access within a reasonable timeframe, they should contact Business Accelerator Agency at the contact details provided on the website.
Business Accelerator Agency will provide reasonable support for access issues or technical issues related to delivery of the purchased asset pack.
Product Inclusions
Each asset pack is sold as described on the relevant product page.
The client is responsible for carefully reviewing the product description, inclusions, limitations, format, and suitability before purchasing.
Business Accelerator Agency is not responsible if the client purchases the wrong asset pack, misunderstands the intended use of the asset pack, or fails to review the product page properly before purchase.
No Customisation Included
Plug & Play Business Assets are not customised to the client’s specific business.
They are sold as ready-made digital resources. The client may adapt, personalise, and edit the assets for their own business where the file format allows.
File Formats
Assets may be provided in PDF format, editable document format, Canva format, spreadsheet format, or another relevant digital format depending on the specific pack.
Not all assets will be editable. Some may be delivered in fixed-format files.
The format of each asset pack should be reviewed on the relevant product page before purchase.
Software Requirements
Some asset packs may require third-party tools, platforms, subscriptions, or software to use properly.
Where paid tools are required, this should be disclosed on the relevant product page where applicable. The client is responsible for any third-party software, subscription, platform, or access costs required to use the assets.
Licence To Use
Purchasing a Plug & Play Business Asset Pack gives the client a licence to use the purchased assets for their own business purposes.
The client may use, adapt, and personalise the assets for their own business or businesses where relevant.
This licence does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the client.
Restrictions On Use
The client must not:
- Resell the assets
- Share the assets with others
- Upload the assets publicly
- Distribute the assets for free or payment
- Repackage the assets as their own product
- Copy the assets into another template pack, course, programme, membership, or offer
- Licence the assets to another person or business
- Claim authorship or ownership of the original resources
Any unauthorised resale, redistribution, copying, or commercial use may result in legal action.
Multiple Buyers
The client acknowledges that Plug & Play Business Assets are not exclusive. Other customers may purchase the same or similar asset packs.
The value of the assets depends on how the client applies, personalises, and implements them within their own business.
Support
Support for Plug & Play Business Assets is limited to access issues or technical delivery issues.
Personalised coaching, implementation support, strategy review, business advice, or customisation is not included unless separately purchased through another Business Accelerator Agency service.
No Guarantee Of Results
Business Accelerator Agency does not guarantee that Plug & Play Business Assets will generate sales, leads, revenue, profit, business growth, social media growth, improved conversion rates, or any specific result.
The assets provide structure, guidance, frameworks, and resources, but results depend on the client’s business model, offer, market, audience, execution, consistency, and other external factors.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of Plug & Play Business Assets, all purchases are generally final once access has been provided.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to read the product description, lack of use, lack of implementation, or if the client later decides the asset is not suitable.
However, nothing in this refund policy limits any rights the client may have under Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
Personalisation Recommended
The client is strongly encouraged to personalise the assets before using them in their business.
The assets are designed to provide a strong starting point, but they should be adapted to suit the client’s brand, audience, offer, goals, and business model.
