Refund Policy - Ready to Launch Businesses – Business Accelerator Agency

Overview

Ready To Launch Businesses are pre-built business foundations created by Business Accelerator Agency. Each business may include a business name, domain, website, business email, branding, social media assets, templates, systems, and other inclusions listed on the relevant product page.

Because these businesses include transferable digital assets, domains, accounts, website access, branding, and business materials, refunds are limited once the handover has been completed.

Three-Day Cooling-Off Period

A three-day cooling-off period applies from the time of purchase, provided the handover has not yet been completed.

During this cooling-off period, you may request a refund before the business assets are transferred to you.

Once the handover has been finalised and the business assets have been transferred into your possession, change-of-mind refunds are no longer available.

After Handover Is Complete

Refunds are not available after handover has been completed for:

Change of mind
Deciding the business is no longer suitable
Not having enough time to operate the business
Not having the skills required to fulfil the offer
Not wanting to continue with the business
Failing to connect billing details or platform accounts
Not generating sales, leads, enquiries, revenue, or profit
Not using the included assets
Changing your personal or financial circumstances
Wanting a different business after purchase

This is because the business includes digital and transferable assets that can be copied, saved, accessed, edited, transferred, or retained once handed over.

No Guaranteed Business Results

A Ready To Launch Business is not a guaranteed income stream.

Business Accelerator Agency does not guarantee that the business will make money, generate leads, attract customers, become profitable, or succeed.

After handover, the success of the business depends on your ability to operate, market, fulfil, manage, customise, and grow the business.

Market Testing

Some Ready To Launch Businesses may have undergone limited market testing before sale. If this applies, it will be disclosed on the product page.

Any market testing, early interest, enquiry data, or feedback does not guarantee future performance, sales, leads, or profitability.

Complimentary Mentorship

If complimentary mentorship is included with your Ready To Launch Business, unused mentorship is not redeemable for a refund, cash, credit, or partial reimbursement.

The complimentary mentorship is an included support benefit and must be used within the stated redemption period.

Refunds Before Handover

If a refund is requested within the three-day cooling-off period and before handover has occurred, Business Accelerator Agency may approve the refund, less any reasonable costs already incurred.

This may include transaction fees, administrative work, preparation, platform costs, or any work specifically completed in preparation for your handover.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy removes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure with a product or service, you may be entitled to a remedy depending on the circumstances.
