Refund Policy - Plug & Play Business Assets
Overview
Plug & Play Business Assets are digital products. They may include templates, frameworks, guides, documents, PDFs, worksheets, systems, tools, strategies, or other downloadable business resources.
Because these are digital products that can be accessed, downloaded, copied, saved, retained, and used immediately after delivery, refunds are generally not available once access has been provided.
No Change-Of-Mind Refunds
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Purchasing the wrong asset pack
- Not reading the product description
- Not using the assets
- Not understanding how to apply the assets
- Deciding the assets are not suitable after purchase
- Expecting the assets to be customised
- Expecting personalised coaching or implementation support
- Not achieving sales, revenue, leads, or business growth
Each product page outlines what is included. It is your responsibility to review the product description carefully before purchasing.
Digital Delivery
Once your Plug & Play Business Assets have been sent, accessed, downloaded, opened, or made available to you, the purchase is considered final, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If you do not receive your assets after purchase, please check your junk, spam, promotions, or alternate inbox folders first. If you still cannot locate them, contact Business Accelerator Agency so access can be resolved.
Access Issues
If there is a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchased assets, Business Accelerator Agency will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
This may include resending the files, providing an updated download link, or helping you access the correct email address used at checkout.
Access issues do not automatically qualify for a refund if the product can still be supplied.
No Customisation Included
Plug & Play Business Assets are not customised to your specific business.
They are sold as ready-made resources. You are encouraged to personalise them to suit your brand, audience, offer, goals, and business model.
Refunds are not available because you expected the assets to be personalised or tailored specifically to your business.
No Guaranteed Results
Plug & Play Business Assets do not guarantee sales, leads, revenue, profit, business growth, social media growth, conversions, or any specific business outcome.
Your results depend on how you apply the assets, your business model, market, offer, audience, consistency, execution, and other factors outside Business Accelerator Agency’s control.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy removes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded, and customers may be entitled to a remedy where a product or service fails to meet the required guarantees.
